Mental Imagery

Imagery is a powerful exercise to facilitate behaviour change.  Athletes have been doing imagery exercises for decades to simulate competition.  Therapists have been using it with their clients to overcome specific phobias.  Teenage boys even use it to be able to talk to girls more effectively. www.psychologistbrisbanenorth.com
