Release the bogey man from the closet! Another good exercise. Sometimes we worry about all the bad things that can happen and be paralysed by this fear. Its time to let go of this irrational fear!!
Imagery is a powerful exercise to facilitate behaviour change. Athletes have been doing imagery exercises for decades to simulate competition. Therapists have been using it with their clients to overcome specific phobias. Teenage boys even use it to be able to talk to girls more effectively.
